Yes. A single piece of work, such as a website, an app or a set of flyers, can be done on its own with a fixed quote. A website starts at $4,000, a flyer at $150 and a set of 5 social posts at $250; apps are quoted per project. Tell us what you need and we will explain what is involved before anything is agreed.

Ongoing care is a monthly plan. Care, at $395 a month, covers upkeep of a site we built or manage, meaning updates, backups and a monthly check, plus a few hours of requests. Growth and Partner add more hours, and Partner includes development work. Hours are for each month’s work.

Hours in a monthly plan are for that month’s work. Work bigger than your plan, such as a new website or an app, is quoted first.

Nonprofits, masajid and congregations get 15% off every plan and project. If you pay for a year of any monthly plan upfront, you take a further 10% off.

Outside costs: hosting and domains; subscriptions and add-ons from other companies, and payment or donation-platform fees; printing; stock or licensed photos. These are paid to the provider and stay in your name, unless your quote includes them.

It depends on the size of the job, how quickly feedback comes back and how many rounds of changes are needed. We agree a date with you once we’ve seen the request, before work begins.

Yes. Your accounts, files and documentation stay with you. New accounts, such as hosting, domains and where your code is kept, are set up in your name, existing accounts stay yours, and you get the original design files you can edit. The agreement lists exactly what is handed over. Things that come from other companies, such as subscriptions or licensed photos, keep their own terms.

Thirty days’ notice ends a monthly plan after the first three months. Every account, file and document stays with you. Your agreement sets out final billing, outside costs, work in progress and the handover.

Yes. Nothing goes live until you approve it. You review the work first, and your approval is recorded in your workspace before release.

Yes. Three months minimum, then monthly. To stop after that, give thirty days’ notice. You can also take one pause per year, up to thirty days.

It is your own place to send requests, see where each one stands, and review and approve drafts. Send a request any time. We confirm it within one business day and agree a delivery date with you.

Yes. This website is available in Arabic and English. For your project, we agree which languages are included, and we check layout, wording and reading direction in each one instead of just swapping the text.
