Who we are

Musayyir LLC (“Musayyir”, “we”, “us”) is a Georgia limited liability company based in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. We run this website, musayyir.com, and the client workspace that our clients sign in to.

If you have a question about this policy or your information, write to hello@musayyir.com. Mailing address: available on request at hello@musayyir.com.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to answer you and to do the work we are hired for.

  • The contact form. Your name, email address, organization (optional), what you need, your timing (optional), your message and the language of the page you used. After you send it, we may email you an automatic receipt to confirm we have your message.
  • Booking a call. If you book a call through our Google Calendar appointment page, you enter your details on a page run by Google. Google processes them under its own terms and privacy policy, and the booking appears in our calendar.
  • Email. If you email us, we keep the conversation in our Google Workspace email.
  • Client workspace accounts. If you are invited to a client workspace: your email address, name and organization. Sign-in codes and sign-in links are stored only in hashed form, never as readable codes.
  • Work in the workspace. The requests, messages, approvals and files you and your team add, and the files we deliver.
  • Uploaded files. Files can include photos of people. See Photos and content you upload.
  • Basic server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, records technical details of each visit, such as your IP address and your browser’s user agent.
  • Site statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits in aggregate. It does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you.
  • Spam protection. The contact form can use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not an automated program, is sending it.

How we use it

  • To reply to your inquiry and arrange a call if you want one.
  • To provide the client workspace: signing you in, showing your organization’s requests and files, delivering work and emailing you about updates.
  • To keep the site and the workspace secure and to stop spam and abuse.
  • To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.
  • To keep the business and accounting records the law requires.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for targeted advertising, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Cookies and your browser

We use one cookie, and only if you sign in to the client workspace. It is strictly necessary: it keeps you signed in. It lasts up to 14 days, or until you sign out.

Your choices for appearance (light or dark) and animations are saved in your browser’s local storage on your own device. They are not sent to us.

Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile runs a check in your browser when you use the contact form; Cloudflare handles that check under its own privacy policy.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers. They handle personal information on our behalf to run the services listed here:

  • Cloudflare — website hosting, database, file storage, Turnstile spam protection, Web Analytics and server logs.
  • Resend — delivery of transactional email, such as sign-in codes, receipts and workspace notifications.
  • Google — our Google Workspace email, and the Google Calendar page used to book calls.

Inside the client workspace, what you add is visible to the members of your organization and to the Musayyir team working with you. It is not visible to other organizations.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or when it is needed to protect the rights, safety or security of our clients, visitors or Musayyir.

How long we keep it

  • Sign-in codes and expired sessions: deleted after 30 days.
  • Files deleted in the workspace: removed from storage after 30 days.
  • Inquiries from the contact form: kept for up to 24 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
  • Client project records: kept for the length of the engagement, and afterwards as long as the law or our accounting obligations require.
  • Server logs: kept according to Cloudflare’s retention periods.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
  • correct information that is wrong;
  • delete your information, unless we must keep it by law;
  • stop sending you marketing email, if we ever send you any.

To make a request, email hello@musayyir.com. We reply within one business day and act on the request within 30 days. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you before we act on it.

Some US states give their residents specific privacy rights. We honor the requests above for everyone, wherever you live. If you are outside the United States, for example in the European Union, the United Kingdom or the Gulf, we will also honor the rights your local law gives you, such as access, correction, deletion and objection, when you ask.

Photos and content you upload

Clients often send us photos for flyers, websites and posts, and those photos may show people, including children. The client who uploads a file is responsible for having the permission of the people shown, including a parent’s or guardian’s permission for anyone under 18.

When you upload a photo, the workspace asks you to confirm whether the people shown agreed, and records your answer.

If you appear in something we published for a client and want it removed, write to hello@musayyir.com and we will work with the client to address it.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and organizations. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them through the site. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, write to hello@musayyir.com and we will delete it.

How we protect it

  • All traffic to the site and the workspace is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
  • Sign-in codes are stored only in hashed form and expire quickly.
  • Access to workspace content is limited to the signed-in members of each organization and the Musayyir team, and is checked on every request.

No method of sending or storing information is 100% secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. If we learn of a breach that affects your information, we will tell you as the law requires.

Where your information is processed

Musayyir is based in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States and in other countries where they operate.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will make it clear on the site or tell clients directly.
