About these terms

This website is run by Musayyir LLC, a Georgia limited liability company based in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the website. Work we do for a client, and the client’s use of the client workspace, are covered by that client’s written agreement with us. If the agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins.

How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Information on this site

The content on this site is for general information. It describes what we do and how we usually work. It is not an offer, and it is not professional, legal or financial advice.

Some examples, reports and figures on the site are illustrative and are labeled that way. We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but things can change and mistakes can happen. If you spot one, please tell us.

Prices and plans

Prices and plans published on the site are summaries, in US dollars. What applies to you is set out in your written agreement with us: the proposal, statement of work or master services agreement you sign.

We may change published prices and plans at any time. A change does not affect an agreement you have already signed.

Business days and reply times

“Business day” means Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays, in US Eastern time.

When we say we reply within one business day, we mean a reply from a person on our team. It is a reply, not a promise that the matter will be resolved within that time.

Who owns the work we do for you

The site says “you own what we build”. That promise is carried out through your written agreement, which sets out when and how ownership of the work transfers to you. It is subject to payment as agreed in that agreement.

It does not cover third-party components, such as software libraries, fonts, stock images, plugins and outside services. Those remain under their own licenses, which the agreement or the handover will identify.

Content on this site

The text, design, illustrations and logos on this site are © Musayyir LLC, unless they belong to someone else. You are welcome to link to the site and share its pages. Please do not copy our text, logos or designs for other uses without our written permission.

Names, logos and screenshots of client products and other third parties belong to their owners. They appear on the site to show work we have done, as part of our portfolio, and do not mean that those owners endorse anything beyond what the site says.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for those sites or their content.

Using the site fairly

Please do not:

• try to gain access to parts of the site or the client workspace you are not authorized to use;
• interfere with the site, overload it or try to get around its security or spam checks;
• send spam, malicious files or false information through the contact form or the workspace;
• pretend to be someone else.

We may block access or remove content to protect the site, our clients or other visitors.

No guarantees about the website

We provide the website “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that the site will always be available, error-free or free of harmful components, or that its information is complete for your purposes.

This does not change any commitment in a client’s written agreement.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, Musayyir LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data, that come from using or being unable to use this website.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability for client work is governed by the client’s written agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
