Nonprofits & masajid

For nonprofits, masajid and community organizations.

New volunteers, new events, the same steady support. We look after the flyers, the website and the sign-up pages, and keep everything in your organization’s name.

What we can help with

The work that keeps a community organization running.

  • Event flyers and social posts

Flyers, posters and social graphics for each event, in the sizes you need, ready for you to approve.

  • A website that is easy to update

Events, programs, prayer times and contact details kept current, on pages simple enough for a volunteer to update.

  • Donation and registration pages

Pages connected to the donation or registration tool you already use. The accounts stay in your organization’s name.

  • Volunteer sign-up forms

Simple forms for an event or a shift, with each sign-up reaching the person who organizes it.

  • Board and committee approvals

Drafts, comments and approvals all in one place, where the right board or committee member approves.

  • Arabic and English

Flyers, pages and posts in English, Arabic or both, with the Arabic set properly.

  • Support through the busy seasons

Ongoing help around Ramadan, Eid, fundraising events and the weekly program, every month after launch.

When volunteers change

Your work stays with your organization.

Committees rotate and coordinators move on. The workspace keeps the history, and the ownership stays with your organization.

  • One shared place

Requests, drafts, approvals and files sit in one workspace, so a new coordinator can see what was asked for and what was approved.

  • Your brand, saved once

Your logos, colors, fonts and who usually approves are kept in the workspace, so every new volunteer picks up where the last one left off.

  • Access that follows your team

When someone steps down we remove their access, and when someone joins we add them.

  • Everything in your name

You own the accounts, code and designs. They are recorded in your organization’s name.

From inside the community

We know how these organizations run.

Our founder, Hamza Abdul-Tawwaab, has served Muslim communities for more than a decade: teaching every year since 2014, including three years of livestreamed classes at the Atlanta Masjid of Al-Islam, leading youth programs and organizing community events. He knows the volunteers, the board approvals and the Friday deadlines from the inside.
